Our Acrylic Top Coat is formulated for maximum UV resistance and solar reflectivity, minimizing discoloration and providing a completely watertight, flexible membrane while allowing trapped moisture to escape. It is durable, highly reflective, UV resistant, and easy to apply. This product is an excellent option for RV roofs and roofs with positive drainage and minimal ponding water, available in three colors: White, Gray, & Tan.

Application: Before applying the Top Coat, ensure the roof surface has been cleaned and dried thoroughly. The Acrylic Top Coat can be brushed, rolled, or spray applied, covering an average of 60sqft per gallon. We recommend applying in two heavy coats to achieve proper cured thickness. Avoid applying if rain is expected or temperatures are below 32 degrees Fahrenheit. Ideal application is above 50 degrees Fahrenheit.

For Aged EPDM Roofs: For aged EPDM Rubber Roofs, we offer an EPDM Rinse Cleaner specifically formulated to clean and prime the surface for our Top Coat products. It is important to reinforce roof seams and around roof accessories for RV applications using our Fleece Backed Butyl Tape.
